Furniture has no product obligation in held law. What it has is a named place in the first working plan and, for wood, a deforestation due diligence file.

No delegated act covers furniture, so this page states no furniture passport date. That is the honest position, and it is more useful than a number. The framework regulation names furniture, including mattresses, among the product groups the first working plan must prioritise. That is an adoption intention with no application date attached.

Regulation (EU) 2023/1115

The deforestation regulation reaches wooden furniture through its Annex I headings. The date from which its duties apply has been changed by amending regulations that are not held here, so this page states the duties and states no date for them.
